However, all materials are subject to fatigue and possible breakdown over time.            

PROCESSING A WARRANTY CLAIM FOR EQUIPMENT 

Please review the warranty table below for applicable warranty periods for each product. Please note that in order to be eligible for a warranty claim, you must present to us, your original receipt. We will not be able to process your claim, without a valid proof of purchase.

Please note that warranty claims, are for any defects in workmanship, within the time frame specified for the item you purchased. The Dugout is not responsible for damages or abrasions to any equipment, as a result of playing the sport. 

· Bats (Composite and Aluminum) - 1 year /1 Replacement

· 2013 Raw Power bats - 6 Months /1 Replacement  

· Batting helmets - 1 year      

· Ball Gloves (Mitts) - 1 year  

· Bat Bags - 90 days        

· Batting Gloves - 30 days  

· Catchers Equipment - 1 year

· Training Aids - 90 days (DIF Program)

· Apparel - NO WARRANTY              

· Footwear - NO WARRANTY      

· Incrediballs - NO WARRANTY

· Wood Bats- NO WARRANTY        

(HYBRID/COMP bats have a 90-day warranty)
