Order Process

After order confirmation, please allow up to 28 days for production and delivery. For smooth processing, we recommend contacting us for lead-time confirmation before finalizing your order. Lead times may vary depending on quantity, seasons, and the availability of raw materials and components beyond our control. We will notify you promptly of any changes.

Production times are approximate, and there have been instances where orders have arrived well under the suggested 28 days.

The general minimum order quantity is 12 garments per style.

The minimum quantity for re-orders is 3 garments per style.

Samples can be provided if necessary for sizing your team. Alternatively, use the sizing chart as a guide for selecting sizes. You can find the sizing charts here

Re-orders are super easy. Simply provide us with the design file, and we will handle the rest. If you need more information, or don't have this file handy let us and we can find that for you.

Artwork Requirements

Vector graphics are high-resolution graphics that differ from everyday raster artwork (e.g., .jpg). The advantage of vector artwork is that it can be resized to any resolution without loss of quality. For more information, check out our artwork requirements here.

Artwork: When submitting sponsor or team logos, we need these in vector format for easy inclusion by our designers. If you cannot supply detailed logos in vector format, some art charges may be incurred. Contact your Centre Ice sales representative for further assistance.

Fonts: Any fonts used in the production of art files should be converted to curves (outlines) before submission. If future typesetting is required, include the original font files with the artwork.

No, the design and selection of logos are entirely up to you; there are no limitations.

Payment and Charges

Payment terms require full payment upon acceptance of orders. Any banking charges are the responsibility of the customer. We will send you a final invoice to make payment before the order is processed.

Not on standard orders. Additional charges may apply for rush services, which include urgent delivery via DHL.

Extra charges may be incurred for rush service delivery via DHL, specialty packaging, artwork changes or modifications, unforeseen custom artwork requirements, product upgrades, ordering less than the minimum quantity, or changes made after order authorization and approval before production (no changes can be made once production has commenced). We will be upfront with you if these costs arise. As long as there are no changes after payment/order confirmation, there are no hidden costs beyond those we provide.

Sublimated Uniform Examples & Brief Overview:

The basic dye sublimation process uses special heat-sensitive dyes to print graphics, text, and virtually any image onto special transfer paper. The paper is then placed on the pre-cut fabric pattern, and both are placed into a heat press. When the heating cycle is completed, the image on the paper has been transferred to the item and has actually reformed into or underneath the surface. Run your finger across the surface of a sublimated garment and you will feel nothing.

Why Sublimation Works:

Sublimation is always done on polyester, polymer, or polymer-coated items, as the process involves converting solid dye into gas without becoming liquid.
The high temperature opens the pores of the polyester fabric, allowing the gas to enter. When the temperature drops, the pores close, and the gas reverts to a solid state, becoming part of the fabric.
This process can't be done on natural materials like 100% cotton because they lack the necessary pores.

Key Advantages:

Dye particles bond with polyester and ignore other materials, similar to how oil and water don't mix.
The color change is permanent since the dye impregnates the material.
Sublimation refers to the change from solid to gas without becoming liquid, ensuring vibrant and lasting colors.

Limitations:

Dark materials can't be used since sublimation starts with white fabric.
Sublimation designs penetrate the fabric, unlike screen printing which sits on top of the fabric.

This is why all our dye sublimated uniforms are guaranteed to never fade, crack, or peel.
