- Manufacturer Defects: Warranties cover defects in materials or workmanship that cause the equipment to malfunction during normal use.
Processing a Rawlings or Easton Bat Warranty Claim
Limited One-Year Warranty
The Dugout, in collaboration with Rawlings and Easton, offers a one-year limited warranty on composite and aluminum bats. This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship that cause the bat to malfunction during normal use.
Important Note: This warranty applies only to Rawlings and Easton branded composite and aluminum bats purchased from The Dugout. Warranty coverage for other brands may differ.
One-Time Replacement Only
If a valid warranty claim is submitted within one year of purchase, The Dugout will provide a one-time replacement only for the defective bat.
White serial number sticker (composite bats only): This sticker is located on the shaft of the bat and must be included for composite bat claims. Hand-written receipts will not be accepted. Please keep a photocopy of your receipt for your records. Warranty claims without the required information will not be processed.
Warranty Periods:
The following table outlines the warranty period for each product category in the table below this policy.
What's Not Covered:
- Normal Wear and Tear: Warranty coverage does not extend to damage or abrasions caused by regular use or playing the sport.
- Improper Use: Damage caused by using equipment on inappropriately or for unintended purposes is excluded.
- Specific Products: Certain items, such as apparel, footwear, Incrediballs, and wood bats, are not covered under warranty. Hybrid/composite bats have a limited 90-day warranty.

To process a warranty claim, you'll need to provide the following:
- Original receipt: This is crucial proof of purchase for all warranty claims.
- Additional Requirements (for specific products): For composite bat claims, you may also need the white serial number sticker located on the shaft.
