Club & team manager
Kitting out a team
or school?
We work with clubs and schools across New Zealand on bulk gear orders, custom uniforms, and seasonal equipment packs. Here's what we offer and how the process works.
We handle team orders regularly — and we make it straightforward
From a small club needing a run of custom jerseys to a school placing a bulk gear order for an entire programme, we've done it all. We understand the constraints — budget approvals, size ranges, turnaround times, and committee sign-off — and we work around them.
You'll deal directly with us throughout the process. No middlemen, no outsourced artwork, no surprises at delivery. We'll give you a clear quote, a realistic timeline, and a proof before anything goes to production.
What we can help with
Custom uniforms
Your colours, your logo, your numbers — jerseys, pants, and full uniform sets designed and produced for your club.
Bulk gear orders
Gloves, bats, helmets, and protective gear in quantity, with pricing that reflects the volume you're ordering.
School & club starter packs
Pre-configured packs for new players joining your programme — everything they need in one order at a single price point.
Seasonal restocking
Balls, batting tees, training gear, and consumables — we'll keep your club stocked and can set up repeat orders to make it easier.
How it works
The ordering process — step by step
Whether it's a uniform order or a bulk gear purchase, here's exactly what to expect from start to delivery.
Get in touch with your requirements
Start with a message or phone call. Tell us what you need, how many players, your timeline, and any specific requirements — colours, league regulations, size ranges. The more detail, the faster we can turn around an accurate quote.
We'll put together a quote and recommendation
We don't just send a price list. We'll recommend gear that suits your players' age group and level, flag anything that may not be league-compliant, and make sure the quote covers everything you need — nothing you don't.
For custom uniforms — submit your artwork and sizes
Once the order is confirmed we'll need your club logo and design details. Vector files work best (AI or EPS), but a high-resolution PNG works if that's all you have. You'll also need to provide a size breakdown for your players. We'll send a proof before anything goes to production.
Custom jersey process →Approve the proof and confirm the order
Once you're happy with the design proof, we'll confirm the final order and arrange a deposit. Nothing goes to production until you've approved it — no surprises.
Production, delivery, and follow-up
We'll keep you updated on production progress and give you a delivery timeline upfront. Once your order arrives we'll check everything is correct before it goes out. If anything isn't right, we'll sort it.
Plan ahead for custom uniforms
Custom uniform orders require lead time. We recommend starting the process at least 6–8 weeks before your season begins to allow for production, proofing, and delivery. Get in touch early and we'll work to your timeline.
Start your order →Common questions
What clubs and schools ask us most often
These are the questions that come up in almost every club conversation. Answering them upfront saves time for everyone.
Is there a minimum order for custom uniforms?
Yes — minimum quantities apply for custom jersey and uniform orders. The minimum depends on the style and product. Contact us with your team size and we'll confirm what's possible and what pricing looks like at your volume.
How far in advance should we place a uniform order?
For custom uniforms we recommend at least 6–8 weeks before your season starts. This allows time for the quote, artwork approval, production, and delivery — plus any adjustments if something isn't right. The earlier you start the process, the more flexibility we have.
Can we mix sizes in a bulk gear order?
Yes. Most bulk gear orders include a mix of sizes. When you get in touch, include your size breakdown — how many of each size you need — and we'll quote accordingly. If you're not sure of the exact split yet, give us your best estimate and we'll work from there.
What artwork files do you need for custom jerseys?
Vector files work best — AI or EPS format. If you only have a PNG or JPG of your club logo, we can work with that provided the resolution is high enough. We'll let you know if there are any issues with the artwork before the order is confirmed. You'll always receive a proof to approve before production starts.
Do you deliver nationwide?
Yes — we ship across New Zealand. Larger orders can be arranged for freight delivery. We can also organise collection from our Auckland store if that's more convenient. Delivery timeframes are confirmed with your order.
Can we get gear that's not listed on the website?
Often yes. If you're after a specific product, brand, or configuration that isn't listed, get in touch and we'll look into it. We have supplier relationships across the industry and can source most things — especially for bulk orders.
Do you offer account or invoice terms for schools and clubs?
This depends on the order and the organisation. Get in touch to discuss your situation and we'll work out what makes sense. Larger institutional orders from schools are typically manageable — just ask.
What if some sizes are wrong when the order arrives?
We check all orders before they leave us. If something isn't right on arrival, contact us immediately and we'll sort it out. For custom uniform orders specifically, we send a proof and confirm sizing before production — which is the main checkpoint for catching issues early.
Custom uniforms
Your team. Your colours. Done properly.
We design and produce custom jerseys and uniform sets for clubs and schools across New Zealand. From a single jersey design to a full club uniform programme, we handle the whole process — artwork, production, sizing, and delivery.
Every custom order gets a proof before production. You'll know exactly what you're getting before it goes anywhere near a printer.
Before you order
Collecting player sizes
The most common delay in custom uniform orders is waiting on player measurements. We recommend collecting sizes from your players before you contact us — it speeds everything up significantly.
What to measure
Chest circumference and height are the main measurements for jerseys. For pants, waist circumference and inseam length. Use our custom jersey sizing guide for detailed instructions.
Custom jersey sizing guide →How to collect them
A simple spreadsheet works well — player name, jersey size, pants size, and number if applicable. We can provide a template if that helps.
Ready to get started?
Get in touch and we'll take it from there
Tell us what you need, how many players, and your timeline. We'll come back to you with a quote and recommendation — usually within one business day.
What to include in your message
Sport and level · Number of players · What you need (uniforms, gear, packs) · Your timeline · Any specific requirements or league regulations
What happens next
We'll review your requirements, prepare a quote, and follow up with any questions. For custom uniforms we'll also ask for your artwork at this stage.
These guides are designed to help you understand your starting point. Lead times, minimum quantities, and pricing can vary depending on your order. Our team is always available to confirm the details before you commit to anything.
